Abortion...What do you think about it?
Young girls are getting pregnant everyday because they are not thinking about their actions. An once they do get pregnant they do not have many choices,. There three choices are adoption, abortion, or to keep the baby and raise it themself. However, most teenagers do not have the money to pay for all of the expenses that a new born baby needs, so they have an abortion. Several studies have shown that having an abortion does lead to psychological problems. Many women may regrets having an abortion. Abortion effects everyone the mother, father, the grandparents and the unborn baby. It is not fair that the unborn baby has to suffer due to a stupid decision that two important people can make. Many people think that abortion should be made illegal. I do not know how much i agree with this statement because it always depends on the situation, if a girl was raped then she would not want to keep the baby it would just remind her about the horror and of the tragic situation that she went through. Many young kids are not cautious of their decisions until their decisions have consequences. Abortions performed in the first twelve weeks of pregnancy can carry a small risk of failure to end the pregnancy. This affects between 0.23% and 1.4% of early abortions.

It is so easy to make a mistake, but it is so hard to take your mistakes back. About 42% of girls that are 15- 19 years old get pregnant and have an abortion because they feel that they can not handle all of the responsibility. Young teenagers are having abortions without their parents knowing since that is illegal so only if they have illegal abortions is that possible. About 800,000 legal abortions are induced in the USA today and we already have ten thousands of kids waiting for adotion that no one is interested in adopting. Many women's and girl's life are saved by abortion so in a way abortion is pro-life too. Children who live with parents who has no interest in them and never wanted them are at higher risk to end up in crime. They will also not learn how to be a good parent and the cycle will continue. In some countries women will even get killed for being pregnant unwed, even if they were raped. Abortion would then save their life. Abortion is a hard choice to make especially if one person really wants to keep it. To have an abortion is probably one of the hardest decisions a person could make. Should abortion be legal? I personally think that abortion should be illegal because by having an abortion you are killing someone. However, it does depend on the situation. In my opinion we should have classes that teach kids the risks of having an abortion, the risk of getting an infection and the risk of having a miscarriage on your next pregnancy. Young teenagers need to be more aware of their actions because it can save someone elses life.

Superstition ....
Throughout the world everyone has different types of beliefs and superstitions. Most people like to follow traditions along with their superstitions because they fear change. Superstition is a part of the human mind. Uncontrolled belief in superstitions can have a negative impact on how people live their lives. People's thoughts can become destructive to the point of debilitation. Superstition is usually passed down through generations or created on an individual level. Some of the older forms of superstition like walking under a ladder, stepping on cracks in pavement, spilling salt and breaking mirrors are examples of extreme superstition . There are also a host of traditional counter measures and lucky charms reported to counteract bad luck and turn it into good. Some people like practice other forms of superstitious behaviors. Many athletes use a particular article of clothing to set their minds on creating a winning edge in competition also known as superstition.Other people use clothing as a way of superstition for example a "lucky tie" or a "lucky shirt" they might wear whenever going out for a job interview or on a date. Some people rely on astrology to make a particular decision or perform certain actions. Superstitious beliefs are known to be either the supernatural or unpredictable side of events that are not in our control.

Everyone has at least one superstition that they follow or that they believe, whether they like it or not. A superstition can be a certain religion, or something that has been passed down from their ancestors. It’s in our human nature to come up with something to believe in. Many of these superstitions can dramatically affect a person’s life. Friday the 13th is one of the biggest superstitions that many people believe in as one of the most unlucky days of the year. Some people won’t even go to work or eat in restaurants, and you wouldn’t dare schedule a wedding on any Friday at all. Everybody knows about Friday the 13th and the story of it being cursed, but some will let it get in the way of their normal everyday functions. There are over 21 million people that are affected by this in the United States. A black cat is seen as bad luck! People pay too much attention to their superstitions. A strong belief in superstitions can have major effects on a person’s life, but people create their own bad luck by paying so much attention to them.

Superstition is taken a little too seriously by many people. My family and I are very superstitious, everytime I see a black sat cross me I always walk back, it is a habit that i can not just forget. Many people read their horoscopes everyday to see how their day is going to be, many people do rely on horoscopes to make their tough decisions. Should people really rely on their superstitions to help them with their decisions?

Are kids rushing into relationships?

Many young kids start having a committed relationship at a very young age. Young adults feel that they need to be in a relationship because they fear of being alone. We are so brainwashed by all the magazines and television telling us about ''Love''. Love is such a strong word with a very deep meaning that most people do not even know what it is, they just think they do. Many kids rush into relationships because they do not want to be alone. Being in a relationship at such a young age is not always the right thing to do. Many people think that being in a relationship prevents them from dieing alone. Some people rush into relationships because they are not getting enough love from their families, or because they want to share their time with someone. When being committed to someone at such a young age you might be forced to do things that you might not be ready for. Commitment of any sort should be made at a mature age where in the future you will not have any regrets. Kids are starting to be in a relationship even before they are teenagers which is a scary thought, because if they feel alone at such a young age then once they are older they will never be able to be independent. Kids need to realize that being in a relationship should be more then liking someone, it should be about loving someone.

Since many kids are rushing into relationships they do not realize how it will effect their futures. There is a 45.8 percent divorce rate just in the United States. Many people only think about the pleasant parts of a relationship they do not think about the disagreements and the arguments. When kids become committed in a relationship at a young age, it can lead to many things. The United States has ranked in as the number one country with the most teenage pregnancy rates ! W have about 1,671.63 births per 1 million people. If kids were to wait to become involved in a relationship most likely all of these rates will drop along with the divorce rates, domestic violence, and there would be a decrease on the bad relationships because you would be more mature to handle the relationship. When kids rush into a relationship they are only hurting themselves because they are taking time away from being a kid. To feel that you need someone to complete you at such a young age is not the type of mind you should have set for yourself. When your a teenager many of your relationships are not going to be really serious. Once you get older, you will more than likely find someone who you will fall head over heels for and they will fall in love with you too. Make sure that person respects you and you respect them back.

Fashion and the cliques it forms
Haven't you noticed when you look around you everyone basically looks the same. Every teenage girl in High School dresses the same way wearing leggings with Uggs or jeans with Uggs, mainly because we are afraid to step out of our comfort zone. Most teens believe that the more they look like everyone else the closer that they are to being the same as everyone else. But why does every teen want to just fit in with the rest of society, instead of being their individual self. Most girls are afraid to show people who they really are. Teenagers usually think that fashion consists of models strutting themselves down a runway. Fashion is the way that everyone expresses themselves and at times it can apply to a persons personal mode of expression that may or may not apply to all. Therefore, fashion is something that almost something that everyone has, the way they talk, the way they walk, the way they dress, the way they spend their money, the music they listen to, really identifies the type of person. Teenagers are at a point in their life where they want to be able to express themselves and ''fit in'' with everyone else. Does fashion separate us or bring us closer together? If you actually think about it fashion does both at the same time, it brings people together because it creates different types of cliques like the preppy kids, punk, the Gothic kids, but at the same time it brings these teenagers together having friends that they are able to relate to. Another one of these cliques is emo. Emo is characterized by tight fitting jeans, side swept bangs, skate shoes, and belt buckles. The personality of an emo person is recognized as being depressed and emotional. Fashion always creates cliques. Teenagers like to stay with these cliques, according to their taste, the cliques influence their fashion. Fashion in every clique changes over time. Fashion is very sterotypic because most kids are judged by the groups that they hang out with or the clothes that they wear.

Fashion such as clothing and apparel, always changes and it reflects the change in popular culture and its affect on teenagers. Recently, heavy metal fashion, slim fitting jeans, low-rise jeans, fauxhawks, hip-hop fashion, and designer sunglasses have all come into fashion. Fashion from the 80’s is also seeing a return in upturned collars, leggings, and side pony-tails. It has also become fashionable to carry an iPod with complimentary accessories as one walks around the mall. Everyone just try to fit in because they are either shy or afraid to be themselves. A person’s fashion shapes who we are and how we choose to live our lives. This also gives people a mode of expression. Teenagers adhere to fashion to develop their sense of identity and to express themselves. People especially teenagers need to start wearing what they want because it makes them feel good about themselves not because they want to impress people or fit in. The things you wear should define who you really are as a person.

Child Abuse and it's effect on Children
No one should ever be a victim of Child Abuse, but unfortunetly their are many people that are victims of such tragic issues. There are many children that are suffering from child abuse. Kids suffering with child abuse cane become very anti-social and have self-destructive behaviors. They will develop different thoughts when trying to deal with the abuse by trying to understand the situation that they are in. Children that are experiencing any type of abuse usually have the same type of thoughts. Nothing makes sense to them because they are being put through these horrific situations. When children are being abused by a family member it puts them in a position where they have to lie for their family and keep a secret from the rest of the world. Abuse at a young age prevents children from having real relationships because they have to keep secrets from the rest of the world which leads to a life-long effects. And because our ability to form healthy social relationships is learned, abused children have a loss of many skills necessary to navigate the social world. This leads to problematic relationships in life and even on the job.

It is crazy to believe that 84% of prisoners were abused when they were children. This proves that the violent behavior children witness at a young age will carry on for the rest of their lives and they will get so use to these behaviors that they will start acting violent towards others. One in three girls and one in five boys are sexually abused by an adult at some time during childhood. Families with four or more children have higher rates of abuse and neglect, especially if they have crowded and bad living conditions. More than 80% of abusers are a parent or someone close to the child. Child abuse is more likely to occur in the child's home than in a day care center. One in thirteen kids with a parent on drugs is physically abused regularly mainly because the parent cannot control themselves and their actions since they are on drugs. One out of ten babies born today are born to mothers who are using drugs while being pregnant. Drinking and smoking heavily during pregnancy also endangers the health of unborn children. People are so muned to violence that when they hear stories on the news about abuse or horrific behavior they don't really care. Is this how it should be? That we do not care about anyone but ourselves? We have become s society of selfish and narrow minded people that no longer care about other people's problems unless it has something to do with us.

Children are being abused every single day, and even though we might not know who it happens to it does not mean that we can not try to help. Young children should know that they have options if they are being abused and they do not have to stand by their parents if they are being tortured. Young kids might feel as if they do not have any options and there is no way out, but the truth is that they do have many different opportunities of a better life. No one should have to suffer at such a young age. There should be more programs on advertisements and commercials that show how kids can be prevented from Child Abuse and how they can get help. Children need to know that there is a way out into a better life.
